Refund policy

RETURNS

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  It should be unworn with tags and in its original packaging.  Your receipt or proof of purchase is also needed.  To start a return, please contact us at info@homegrownstreetwear.com.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.  You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Please contact us at info@homegrownstreetwear.com if you have any questions.

 

REFUNDS

You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if your refund was approved or not.  If approved, you will be refunded in your original form of payment.  Please remember that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post your refund.

 

DAMAGES AND OTHER ISSUES

Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is a problem.  If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.  If your damaged return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Please contact us at info@homegrownstreetwear.com if you have any questions.
